Omega Seamaster Blue
Omega Seamaster Blue: Elegant Functionality up to 300 Metres Diving Depth
Unlike most other watches, blue is the classic colour in the Seamaster collection. Even the first model of the Seamaster Diver 300 in 1993 was blue. Hardly any other tool watch offers so much elegance. It is no coincidence that the model has been on the arm of the famous secret agent James Bond since 1995. There are now four generations of the Omega Seamaster in blue, with each version having its own unique charm.
At CHRONEXT, you can get a huge selection of Omega Seamaster in blue online at attractive prices. Omega Seamaster in blue: The only true "dress diver"
The first Omega Seamaster in blue is the Seamaster that became the first Bond watch on Pierce Brosnan's wrist. This unique partnership continues to this day. This is not surprising in that the Seamaster with a blue dial is a perfect fit for the British secret agent. The choice of this timepiece shows the elegant attitude associated with the Seamaster 300 Diver in blue: although this watch is a professional diver's watch, it goes perfectly with tailored suits, welted shoes and fine cloth.
Four generations of the Omega Seamaster in blue
Since 1993, the Manufacturer has launched four different generations of the Omega Seamaster 300 in blue. In these 30 years or so, the design has only been cautiously developed and the technology gradually improved:
- 1993 to 2005: Ref. 2531.80.00 with wave dial calibre 1109 or 1120.
- 2006 to 2011: Ref. 2220.80.00 with wave dial and revised Co-Axial calibre 2500.
- 2012 to 2017: Ref.212.30.41.20.03.001 with new design (smooth dial and ceramic bezel for the first time).
- Since 2018: Ref.210.30.42.20.03.001 again with wave dial and Omega Master Chronometer calibre 8800.
Each generation has its advantages and disadvantages: While the latest generation of the Omega Seamaster in blue is high-tech watchmaking, the first generations are mainly known for their high wearing comfort. Their diameter is smaller, and they are also very flat. By the way: the first generation is gradually maturing into a vintage watch - with dignity!
Extensive selection
While the Omega Seamaster 300 Diver in blue is the most classic model in the collection, the company quickly launched a black version of the diver's watch as well. Today, the Seamaster is available in four different colours:
- Seamaster in Blue
- Seamaster in Black
- Seamaster in Grey
- Seamaster in White
The Biel-based manufacturer has succeeded in integrating the characteristic wave look into all four versions. In addition to the various colours, the Seamaster is also available as a chronograph and in different materials and material combinations. Omega also offers both stainless steel and rubber straps. The Omega Seamaster in blue is also available with a blue rubber strap.
