Manufacture calibre surrounded by diamonds
Breguet Haute Joaillerie is a unique fusion of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie. It is not uncommon for the models to have a stone setting of several hundred diamonds in various cuts. Inside the watches beat exclusive in-house manufacture calibres. These have a convenient automatic winding mechanism and therefore do not have to be wound by hand.
